Privacy Statement
Saint Jude Parish respects your privacy. We are issuing this privacy statement to inform you of our privacy policy and what we do with the information that you give to us. This entire web site is covered under this privacy statement and the privacy statement of the financial institutions handling payments web site. This web site collects information for statistical purposes and in order to process your ticket orders. We may use your information in order to contact you in future raffles. We also use your information in order to contact you if you win. We will publish the name of the winner unless he requests in writing that he refuses to be published. Raffle Rules
The grand prize raffle will be held on DECEMBER 24, 2024. This grand prize raffle is for a 2024 Corvette as described on this website -or- the cash prize of $50,000 US currency. This raffle is void where prohibited by law. It is open to all persons of legal driving age. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit Saint Jude Parish in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Grand Prize: This raffle has a single prize of 2024 Corvette or a cash prize of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) US currency.
2nd Place Prize: “Cruise Control” This is a family or friends vacation package for four on Norwegian Cruise Lines (Details forthcoming, but including all-inclusive cruise, transportation, gratuities, etc. and other considerations) or a cash prize of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) US currency.
Ten Other Prizes: All other prizes are cash prizes and paid by check in US currency. You may be liable for taxes if prizes exceed $600.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Odds increase by purchasing additional tickets.
How To Be Eligible: You are eligible to win this raffle by buying a ticket either online. You must be of legal driving age at the time of the drawing. You must have a working knowledge of the spoken and written English language. Persons may enter as often as they like by buying additional tickets and need not be present to win.
Drawings: The winners of the raffle will be selected based on the evening Pick 4 from the Pennsylvania Lottery. The Wild Number is not being used. Only the straight pick will be used. You do not need to be a resident of PA to participate. The PA Lottery List of Numbers can be found on their website.
The winners will be notified via phone, US mail, or e-mail. Details will be posted on this web site. The winner must elect either the vehicle or cash prize as well as the cruise package within 3 days of notification.

ELECTION OF CASH ALTERNATIVE FOR FIRST AND SECOND PRIZE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION.
Additional Conditions: Winner’s name and information will be retained by the parish for future announcements of other events. A photo of the winner is required for posting on the web site. By accepting the prize, the winner accepts all the requirements conditions and rules of this event and agrees to comply with all applicable international, federal state and local laws. The prize may not be assigned or transferred. Winner will forfeit their prize as well as any claim of any nature against the parish if the parish is unable to locate them via US mail, telephone, or e-mail (provided at the time of ticket purchase) by JANUARY 24 of the next calendar year (one month after the final drawing).
Taxes: Winner of the Corvette is not subject to Pennsylvania sales tax but is required to pay any other applicable taxes and fees. Taxes and fees include but are not limited to registration, license, and inspection if applicable. Other taxes may apply if the cash prize is selected and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Other taxes may apply to all other cash and prizes.
Shipping and Transportation: The vehicle will be kept at the parish located at 2801 W. 6th Street Erie, PA 16505 and the winner will be responsible for all fees and costs associated with shipping and transportation.
